Job summary

Travelodge Brighton is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help set up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and breakfast prep if required. No previous experience needed — we will train you.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and checking them in.
• Walking the corridors to monitor noise and safety.
• Dealing with noise complaints and evictions as required.
• Setting up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys.
• Preparing for breakfast service and serving behind the bar when needed.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
