Job summary

Travelodge invites you to join the team as a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help maintain a friendly, family-feel environment with flexible hours to suit everyone.

Your role includes walking the corridors, addressing noise or other issues, and preparing the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping prep, breakfast setup, and occasional bar service to assist the team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in to the hotel.
• Walk corridors to ensure guest comfort and quiet, addressing noise or issues.
• Set up hotel for the next day: prep housekeeping trolleys and breakfast setup.
• Occasionally serve behind the bar and support the team during busy periods.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as ‘FAB Fridays’ and ‘Housekeeping Heroes’. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you’ll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you’ll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times”
