Job summary

Mollie’s is seeking a Night Reception Supervisor to lead the night team and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will work closely with the Reception Manager and housekeeping to maintain brand standards and operational procedures, ensuring smooth night operations and seamless service for guests.

The role requires a minimum of one year in a Night Receptionist/Porter/Auditor position, with a drive to progress to supervisor level in a fast-growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality or reception roles is essential.
Able to work nights and stay calm under pressure.
Personable with strong communication and guest service focus.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and manage night-time check-in/out processes.
Uphold Mollie’s brand room standards and guest policies.
Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure rooms meet standards.
Supervise night shift and train junior team members.

DESCRIPTION

Our Motel Team are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team.

They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Reception Manager and collaborating with the housekeeping department you will ensure that the Mollie’s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business.

We require a minimum of one years experience working as a Night Receptionist/Night Porter/Night Auditor and you are looking to take a step up to supervisor level or you are currently in this role.

Under the Working time Directive 1998, you must be over 18 for this role
