THE RECEPTION SUPERVISOR ROLE AT Mollie's Motels LTD IS A PERMANENT, FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN THE UK. THE ROLE INVOLVES OVERSEEING FRONT-DESK OPERATIONS, GUIDING THE RECEPTION TEAM, AND ENSURING GUEST SATISFACTION IN A BUDGET-LOUNGE MOTEL-HOSPITALITY ENVIRONMENT.

YOU WILL WORK UNDER THE RECEPTION MANAGER, COLLABORATING WITH HOUSEKEEPING TO MAINTAIN BRAND STANDARDS, ADHERING TO POLICIES, AND UPHOLDING OUR SERVICE EXCELLENCE.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Receptionist.
Willing to step up to supervisor level.
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Report to the Reception Manager and collaborate with housekeeping to maintain brand room standards and guest policies.
Ensure operational procedures are followed and guest experience is delivered to a high standard.

Description

Our Motel Team are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team.

They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Reception Manager and collaborating with the housekeeping department, you will ensure that the Mollie's brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business;

We require a minimum of one year's experience working as a Receptionist and you are looking to take a step up to supervisor level or you are currently in this role.
