Mollie’s in Manchester is seeking a Night Chef to join a fast-growing, award-winning hospitality brand. You will work the night shift, ensuring room service readiness, maintaining hygiene, and supporting breakfast prep and grab & go items.

Night Chefs are responsible for night room service, maintaining a clean kitchen, preparing and setting up breakfast items and grab & go options, carrying out general kitchen prep, preparing and portioning staff meals, and ensuring the staff kitchen is set up for service

Candidates must be dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, and focused on training and developing within a high performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards.
