Job summary

Mollie’s Manchester is recruiting a Night Chef to join a fast-growing, leading hospitality brand. You will work nights, contribute to breakfast prep and grab & go items, and help uphold our high standards of service.

You’ll be supported by modern technology and a collaborative team, with opportunities for career progression in a budget-luxe concept. The role requires night availability, a commitment to learning, and alignment with Mollie’s values.

Qualifications

Night Chefs are responsible for night room service, maintaining a clean kitchen, preparing and setting up breakfast items and grab & go options.
Candidates must be dedicated to exceeding guest expectations and be willing to train and develop within a high performing kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Oversee night room service and ensure a clean, well organized kitchen.
Prepare and portion breakfast items and grab & go options.
Carry out general kitchen prep and staff meals.
Ensure staff kitchen is ready for service and maintains high standards.

Night Chefs are responsible for night room service, maintaining a clean kitchen, preparing and setting up breakfast items and grab & go options, carrying out general kitchen prep, preparing and portioning staff meals, and ensuring the staff kitchen is set up for service

Candidates must be dedicated to exceeding guest expectations, and focused on training and developing within a high performing kitchen team to achieve agreed KPIs, controls, and high standards.

Under the Working time Directive 1998, you must be over 18 for this role.
