Job summary

Mollie’s is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our warm team and deliver the high standards of service we are known for. Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will ensure smooth check‑in/out processes and uphold Mollie’s brand room standards.

You should have at least 1 year of receptionist experience, be personable with strong attention to detail, and eager to learn within a fast‑growing hospitality business.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Receptionist
Personable with a keen eye for detail
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑growing hospitality business

Responsibilities

Greet guests and handle check‑in/check‑out processes in line with Mollie’s brand
Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain room standards and guest policies
Support the Reception Manager and supervise where appropriate to ensure smooth operations

DESCRIPTION

Our Motel Team are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team.

They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Reception Manager and collaborating with the housekeeping department you will ensure that the Mollie’s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business;

We require a minimum of one years experience working as a Receptionist and you are looking to take a step up to supervisor level or you are currently in this role.
