Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a Night Receptionist to join our growing hospitality family. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm, efficient service and supporting a smooth check-in experience.

We look for candidates with at least one year in a hotel receptionist or similar role, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn within a fast-growing brand that values innovation and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year’s experience as a hotel receptionist or similar customer-facing role.
Over 18 years of age under the Working Time Directive 1998.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, welcoming service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Reception Manager and housekeeping to maintain Mollie’s brand room standards and policies.
Contribute as part of a fast-growing hospitality team.

THE ROLE

Our Receptionists are warm and welcoming and quality service focused, passionate about exceeding guest expectations and work effectively as part of a team

They need to be personable, have an acute attention to detail and have ability to work collaboratively as part of team to provide a memorable guest experience and work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Reception Manager and collaborating with the housekeeping department you will ensure that the Mollie’s brand room standards, guest policies and operational procedures are always delivered.

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, well organised, passionate about their work and have an eagerness to learn and build an exciting career with a fast growing, leading hospitality business; We require a minimum of one year 's experience as a hotel receptionist or similar experience in a customer facing role or industry.

Under the Working time Directive 1998, you must be over 18 for this role
