Mollie’s Manchester is seeking a Duty Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all food & beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. You’ll coordinate teams, support training, manage stock control, and act as the on-site lead during shifts in a fast-growing hospitality group.
