Job summary

HRS Healthcare Ltd is recruiting for a Rapid Response (Nights) Complex Care Nurse for Mid/ West Kent, based in Maidstone. You will join a regional Complex Care division and provide nursing support across designated areas, often with late or changing assignments.

The role involves a rolling two-week rota averaging 35 hours per week, with opportunities to top up hours at enhanced rates. You will work hands-on with clients and sign off competencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and minimum two years’ post-registration experience.
• Experience providing community-based care, ideally complex care (spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators).
• Ability to care for adults and children with complex care needs.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of nursing support to clients with complex healthcare needs.
• Support in providing a high level of clinical staffing contingency for clients.
• Work across Kent-based complex care clients, with potential to move between clients during shifts.
