Job summary

HRS Healthcare Ltd in Ashford, England is seeking a Rapid Response Nurse (Days) to join our Complex Care division in South/East Kent. You will join a regional team delivering high-quality nursing support to clients with complex healthcare needs, often moving between assignments.

The role offers a two-weekly rolling rota averaging 35 hours per week, with the option to top up hours at enhanced rates and a competitive annual salary around £45,931.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN and at least two years post-registration experience.
• Experience in community-based or complex care delivery (e.g., spinal, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard of nursing support to clients with complex healthcare needs.
• Support in providing clinical staffing contingency across Kent.
• Be flexible to move between clients and cover shifts as required.
