HRS Healthcare Ltd is actively recruiting a Rapid Response Nurse (Days) in Mid/West Kent. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing for complex care clients, supporting clinical staffing contingencies, and rotating across Kent with potential travel.

You’ll work a two-week rolling rota averaging 35 hours weekly, with a permanent contract and options to top up hours at enhanced rates. Benefits include leave, pension and more.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least two years post-registration experience.
• Experience in community-based care, with complex care such as spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy or ventilator care.
• Ability to care for adults and children with complex needs.
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
• Location coverage includes Mid/West Kent with potential flexibility.

Responsabilités

• Provide high standard nursing support to clients with complex healthcare needs.
• Support regional ComplexCare division as a clinical staffing contingency.
• Work across Kent-based clients, with possible movement between assignments.
• Sign off competencies when not required to work clinically.
