Job summary

HRS Healthcare Ltd is seeking a Rapid Response Nurse (Nights) for East/South Kent, based around Whitstable. You will join a team delivering rapid clinical support to complex care clients in community settings, often moving between assignments and occasionally travelling further afield.

The role requires an RN with an NMC PIN, 2+ years post-registration, and experience in community or complex care. You will work a two-week rota (~35 hours/week) and may top up hours at higher rates.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and at least two years post-registration experience.
• Experience delivering community-based or complex care (e.g., spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators).
• Ability to care for both adults and children with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of nursing support for complex care clients within the Kent region.
• Work on a two-week rolling rota (~35 hours/week) and sign off competencies when not on clinical shifts.
