Responsibilities

• Carry out verification and monitoring of the production process.
• Collect samples, test and take corrective action for shelf-life monitoring.
• Ensure high levels of GMP and GLP are achieved.
• Work with the production team to reduce customer complaints.
• Ensure traceability throughout the production process.
• Investigate customer complaints.
• Verify equipment according to the Calibration Plan.
• Maintain neat record and report equipment out of tolerance.
