Are you an experienced Production Manager looking to take charge of a fast‑paced night shift operation in the food manufacturing industry?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, high‑volume food manufacturer based in Lancashire, who are seeking a hands‑on and driven Nights Production Manager to lead their night shift team, ensuring production targets are hit without compromising on safety, quality, or efficiency.

The Role :

As Nights Production Manager, you will take full ownership of your shift – managing people, processes, and performance to ensure smooth production throughout the night. You’ll be responsible for delivering the production plan, motivating your team, maintaining a safe working environment, and driving continuous improvement across the shift.
