Job summary

Marston's is seeking a Night Porter to join our team in Swanscombe. You’ll be the face of our Inns after hours, running the business overnight, staying self-reliant, and ensuring guests have a memorable stay.

You’ll work nights (11pm–7am), handle guest needs, stay professional with guests, and safeguard the pub and hotel. This role offers real opportunities for growth within our hotel and pub network.

We're on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the face of our Marston's Inns after hours, you'll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you'll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that's not all, you'll be on call to support our guests - ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.

As Night Porter and part of our wider hotel and pub team you'll:

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
