Marston's PLC in Ebbsfleet (DA10 1AZ) is seeking a Night Porter to join our team. You will be the face of our Inns after hours, running the business overnight, handling security and guest needs while keeping the pub and hotel running.

The role is usually from 11pm to 7am for 21 hours per week under a reliable hours contract, with family-friendly options, discounts, rewards, and supportive colleagues.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Night Porter to join our team!

Make a difference to the moments that matter to us and our guests. As the face of our Marston's Inns after hours, you'll be solely responsible for running the business overnight. Self-reliant, you'll need to enjoy your own company and be resourceful enough to tackle any challenges that arise. But that's not all, you'll be on call to support our guests - ensuring their hotel stay is a memorable one.

Responsibilities

• Work throughout the night. Usually between 11pm and 7am
• Be on call to take care of our guests' needs, over the phone and face to face
• Be professional and friendly when interacting with guests
• Be responsible for the safety and security of the pub and hotel guests
• Complete tasks that set the pub and hotel team up for success the following day
