Job summary

The Grand Brighton is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to support the Front Office team and ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the night shift. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide local information, and help with late-night room service orders while maintaining a safe and welcoming lobby.

You will work closely with the Night Manager, perform regular security checks, help prepare the lobby for the next day, and participate in emergency procedures when needed, ensuring

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible hours.
• Strong guest service orientation and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests arriving late or departing early in a professional manner (night).
• Assist guests with luggage and requests efficiently.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Valet parking where applicable.
• Prepare and serve Late Night Room Service orders.
• Monitor premises and perform regular security checks for guest and staff safety.
• Polish marble and maintain cleanliness in lobby and public areas weekly.
• Prepare the lobby for the next day’s operations, including the water station.
• Assist with taxi bookings and coordination.
• Support the Night Manager with emergency procedures as needed.
