Job summary

Hotel du Vin Brighton is seeking a Night Porter to oversee the hotel's operations from sundown to sunrise. This hands-on role manages guest expectations and preserves the high standards of the brand while providing a warm, welcoming experience for guests.

The Night Porter is responsible for the Night Food & Beverage operation, keeps public areas immaculate, assists guests with luggage, and carries out nightly safety audits. Evening/night availability is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Night shift work is essential.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work 5 on/2 off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise.
