Job summary

The Black Swan Inn in Helmsley is seeking a Night Porter to help ensure guests have a seamless and enjoyable overnight experience. If you’re friendly, approachable, and excel at customer service, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll greet and check guests in and out, assist at reception, the bar, or on the phone, keep the restaurant and lounge tidy, prepare the breakfast service, and patrol the premises to maintain a safe, welcoming environment through the night.

Responsibilities
