Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Night Porter to ensure exceptional service throughout the night in our busy hotel. You will work with the night team, assist with check-in, prepare room service orders and serve at the bar, supporting all departments as needed.

As our Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night. Working alongside the Night team, you will need to think on your feet, proactively solving problems and be versatile, supporting all departments. This is a really varied role, where you will be involved in every step of our customer journey, from check in through to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar.
