Job summary

Bullitt Hotel Belfast is seeking a part-time Night Porter to join our team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will help ensure the front desk runs smoothly during night hours and provide friendly, efficient service to guests.

You must be flexible to work 2 nights out of 7 from 11pm to 7am, including weekends. Essential criteria include outstanding guest service, communication, interpersonal skills, organisational ability and IT knowledge. Desirable: familiarity with Shiji.

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organisational skills.
• A knowledge of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support front desk operations to run in an organized manner.
• Pro-actively anticipate guest needs and respond to enquiries politely and efficiently.
• Work the night shift as part of a 2 nights-in-7 schedule from 11pm to 7am, including weekends.

We have an excellent opportunity for a part time Night Porter to join our team!

Bullitt epitomises an urban chic hotel with stylish, contemporary surroundings, alongside compact but well-designed rooms with affordable rates. Located in a prime city centre location, wrapping Victoria Street, Ann Street and Church Lane, the hotel is a stone’s throw from Belfast’s shopping mecca, Victoria Square and the lively Cathedral Quarter.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner, pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner.
