Job summary

Harri is seeking a hard-working Night Porter to join our front-of-house team in the hotel. You will be responsible for security, guest welfare at night, and ensuring the building remains safe and well-maintained.

The role runs from 11pm to 7am with a 4 nights on / 4 nights off pattern, plus holiday cover. You will support staff across departments, assist in restaurant prep, and take pride in a friendly, professional approach toward guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends.
• Friendly and professional manner with guests and staff.
• Self-motivated to complete duties to the hotel's standard.

Responsibilities

NIGHT PORTER

We are looking for a hard-working, responsible, trustworthy, and reliable individual who is able to work at night. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional manner when dealing with guests and staff alike, and be self-motivated to complete all required duties around the hotel to the desired standard.

Some of the main tasks within the role are as follows:-

• Look after hotel security and guest welfare at night.
• Checking CCTV
• Conduct regular checks of the building
• Undertake cleaning of public areas and the staff room
• Assist in Restaurant preparation and other hotel duties to support management and other departments, as require

Working hours: 11pm to 7am

The shift pattern is 4 nights on and 4 nights off, and holiday cover
