Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Nights Manager to support the Night Manager and lead the Nights team through the late shifts. You will conduct night rounds, assist with the night audit, supervise housekeeping overnight tasks, and handle guest requests with calm professionalism while ensuring safety and hotel procedures are followed.

The role operates 10:30pm–7:00am, five nights a week, including weekends, with a strong focus on guest service and operational

Qualifications

• Previous experience working nights in a hotel, ideally at supervisor level.
• Capable of guiding colleagues and taking on additional responsibility.
• Good at talking to people and resolving guest issues calmly at night.
• Strong understanding of health & safety and hotel procedures during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular night walk rounds and support the night team.
• Assist with the night audit and manage night handovers.
• Oversee housekeeping night schedules, security checks and safety procedures.
• Respond to guest requests and issues during the night with professional service.
• Collaborate with Events and operations teams to ensure smooth overnight operations.
