De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager and ensure the hotel runs smoothly through the night. You will supervise the Nights team, perform regular walk rounds, assist with the night audit and coordinate handovers with other departments.

You'll manage guest requests, uphold health & safety standards, and assist with security checks while the property handles late events.

Qualifications

• Previous Nights experience within a hotel, ideally at supervisor level.
• Confident in guiding colleagues and taking on responsibility.
• Able to resolve guest issues with calm and professionalism.
• Good understanding of health & safety procedures at night.

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager to run the hotel during the night shift.
• Carry out regular walk rounds and night audits.
• Oversee night housekeeping schedules and handovers.
