Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Night Porter to support guests overnight from 10.30pm to 7am, delivering friendly service and responding to guest requests.

You will perform rounds, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, assist with setting up rooms and events, and work with Nights and Events colleagues to ensure smooth operations during weddings and late nights.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Warm and friendly approach with guest service skills.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Good eye for detail and understanding of safety in a large hotel.
• Hospitality or night shifts experience helpful but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests and the hotel between 10:30pm and 7am.
• Carry out regular checks and walk rounds.
• Help set up conference and meeting rooms and refreshment stations.
• Work with Nights and Events colleagues to ensure smooth operations during weddings and events.
