Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate is seeking a Night Porter to look after guests and the hotel between 10:30pm and 7am, delivering warm, attentive service and responding to guest requests. You will perform rounds, maintain safety standards, and assist in setting up rooms for the following day.

You will work with Nights and Events teams during busy weddings and events. The role operates on a 5-night rota with weekends included.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working night shifts and lifestyle suited to it.
• Warm, friendly customer service approach.
• Reliable, responsible and able to work in a small night team.
• Good eye for detail and safety/security in a large hotel.
• Hospitality or nights/customer service experience helpful but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Look after guests and the hotel between 10:30pm and 7am.
• Carry out regular checks and walk rounds of the property.
• Help set up conference/meeting rooms and refreshment stations for the next day.
• Support Nights and Events colleagues to ensure smooth operation.
• Work on a rotating 5 nights out of 7 schedule including weekends.
