Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the overnight operation of our luxury five-star resort in St Andrews. You will be the most senior manager on site overnight, with full responsibility in the absence of daytime leadership, guiding Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention.

The role requires strong decision-making, leadership across multiple departments, and a proactive approach to guest service recovery.

Competenze

• Experience in luxury hotel or resort environments.
• Ability to lead overnight operations and make decisions independently.
• Strong guest service and service recovery skills.

Mansioni

• Take full operational responsibility for the hotel throughout the overnight period.
• Act as the senior Manager on Duty and primary overnight decision-maker.
• Provide leadership across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention.
• Maintain a visible presence ensuring service and standards are consistently met.
• Own guest concerns, complaints or service recovery situations overnight.
• Lead colleagues across the hotel during the overnight shift.
• Oversee Night Audit procedures and end-of-day reporting.
