Fairmont St Andrews is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead the overnight operation of our luxury five-star resort. You will oversee Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention, ensuring safety, service quality and seamless nighttime operations.

The role requires a calm, decisive leader who can manage emergencies, maintain guest satisfaction, and coordinate with day teams through handovers. Night shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing luxury hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under night shifts.
• Excellent guest service and service recovery skills.
• Knowledge of hotel safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Ability to coordinate across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for the hotel overnight.
• Serve as senior Manager on Duty with primary overnight decision-making.
• Provide leadership across Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and Loss Prevention.
• Maintain visibility and ensure service and safety standards are met.
• Handle guest concerns and service recovery during the night.
• Oversee Night Audit and end-of-day reporting processes.
• Lead staff across departments and ensure a smooth handover each morning.
• Identify improvements to overnight guest experience and hotel operations.
