Fairmont St. Andrews is seeking a Golf Operations Attendant to coordinate, assist and supervise day-to-day golf department operations. Focus areas include guest service, retail, event management and outdoor services.

You will deliver five-star service, engage with guests to resolve issues, and support on-course roles and tournaments within a luxury hotel setting on the outskirts of St Andrews.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles helps deliver five-star service.
• You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class five-star service to all golfers and lead by example.
• Stay guest-focused at all times and warmly welcome guests.
• Interact with guests to gather feedback and resolve issues, escalating when needed.
• Support retail, meet and greet, on-course roles, and event management.
• Provide excellent customer service within company standards and empower colleagues.
• Be involved in day-to-day golf operations and support tournament events.
