Qualifications

• Leadership experience in supervisory or managerial roles, ideally in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service with a customer-first approach.
• Clear, confident, and professional communication both face-to-face and on the phone.
• Quick, sound judgment to resolve issues during night hours.
• Ability to work independently and lead solo during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests: late check-ins, early check-outs, overnight inquiries.
• Ensure security: monitor safety and respond to incidents.
• Respond to emergencies: follow procedures and act swiftly.
• Handle admin: process reservations, payments, and nightly reports.
• Conduct audits: balance financial transactions and complete night audit procedures.
• Support the team: assist housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
