You’ll ensure a secure, welcoming overnight experience, managing late check-ins and night audits while coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and security. This role suits a calm leader who thrives in overnight hours and values guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Experience in supervisory or managerial roles, ideally in hospitality.
• Customer focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
• Communication: Clear, confident, and professional—both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Problem-solving: Quick to assess and resolve issues with sound judgment.
• Independence: Comfortable making decisions and leading solo during night hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests: Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight inquiries with care.
• Ensure security: Monitor safety across the property and respond to any incidents.
• Respond to emergencies: Follow procedures and act swiftly to ensure guest and staff wellbeing.
• Handle admin: Process reservations, payments, and prepare nightly reports.
• Conduct audits: Balance financial transactions and complete night audit procedures.
• Support the team: Assist housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff as needed.
