Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Night Supervisor to join our team in the West of England. You will work closely with the Night Manager to ensure safety, security and first-class service for guests during the night shift, while supporting operations across departments to maintain smooth hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills to manage and motivate the night team.
• Excellent customer service to handle guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Strong organisational ability to manage reservations and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Good understanding of hotel policies, procedures, check-in/out, and hotel systems.
• Proven team player able to work with operational colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security during night shifts and conduct nightly audits.
• Coordinate with the Night Manager to ensure accurate end-of-day procedures and accounts reconciliation.
• Support operations in F&B, maintenance, and other areas requiring high service levels.
• Deliver first-class guest service and act as hotel ambassador during night operations.
