Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA seeks a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, including front desk, security, and guest requests. You will supervise overnight staff and support across F&B, maintenance and other areas requiring first-class customer service.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a solid understanding of hotel operations, with experience using hotel software systems. Night shifts and commuting to the hotel are required.

Qualifications

• 18+ with ability to work night shifts including weekends.
• Proven leadership and guest-service excellence.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures.
• Experience with hotel software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours.
• Manage front desk, security, and guest requests.
• Supervise overnight staff and coordinate cross-functionally (F&B, maintenance).
