Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, part of the global Aimbridge Hospitality brand, is seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel operations during overnight hours and ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

You will manage the front desk, monitor security protocols, respond to guest requests and supervise overnight staff, while supporting food & beverage, maintenance and other operational areas with first-class service.

Qualifications

• Overnight management experience is preferred and you will lead hotel operations during night hours.
• Strong leadership to manage overnight staff and maintain service standards.
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to resolve issues during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during overnight hours, including front desk, security and safety protocols.
• Manage front desk, respond to guest requests and handle complaints, supervise overnight staff.
