Job summary

Buzzworks Holdings is expanding its hospitality portfolio and seeking a dedicated Night Manager to lead overnight operations across our venues in Scotland. You will welcome guests, handle late check-ins, respond to requests, and maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the night, ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and strong communication as you manage bookings, security, and nightly administration in a people-focused, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Comfortable using booking and hotel-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and manage check-ins.
• Support guests with questions or concerns overnight.
• Perform regular security and safety checks across the property.
• Respond calmly to emergencies or unexpected situations.
• Ensure public areas are clean and ready for the morning.
• Complete night audit processes and relevant administration.
• Prepare handover for morning team and assist with breakfast setup as needed.
• Follow fire-safety, licensing, security and company procedures.
• Act as senior point of contact within the venue overnight.
