You will champion the hotel’s values, manage room allocations, coordinate with departments, and act as an ambassador to guests and suppliers while delivering a memorable guest experience.

• Manage room allocations and the day-to-day supervision of the Front Desk, guest liaison, and support the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures to ensure guests receive the best experience.
• Fulfill guest requests such as room preferences and special occasions, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment.
• Act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers and colleagues.

• You will be responsible for managing room allocations, the day to day supervision of the Front Desk, guest liaison and in supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able to communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
• The Night Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers and colleagues
