The Dorchester in London is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight hotel operations and guest relations. You will oversee the Front Desk, manage room allocations, and ensure the highest standards of service while representing the hotel’s values of personality, passion, respect, teamwork and creativity.

You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, handle special requests, and act as an ambassador to guests and partners.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in hotel front-of-house or guest services preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Fluent English communication.

What you’ll do

As Night Manager, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests/employees:

• Our values of Personality, Passion, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. The purpose of Night Manager is to live their behaviours to continue to create our legacy.
• You will be responsible for managing room allocations, the day to day supervision of the Front Desk, guest liaison and in supporting the Front Office Manager in maintaining administrative systems and procedures. All to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes our guests have special requests such as room preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager.
• Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able to communicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensure the alignment remains.
• The Night Manager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers and colleagues
