The Dorchester in City of Westminster is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night shift, oversee the Front Desk and guest relations, and ensure the highest standards of service and safety. You will coordinate with teams to deliver seamless operations and act as an ambassador for the hotel.

What you'll do

As Night Manager, you'll lovewhat you do and take pride in taking care of our guests/employees:

• You will be responsible for managing room allocations, the day to day supervision of theFront Desk, guest liaison and in supporting the Front Office Manager inmaintaining administrative systems and procedures. All to ensure our guestsreceives nothing but the best experience.
• Sometimes ourguests have special requests such as room preferences and even specialoccasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Night Manager.
• Communicationis what keeps our departments running perfectly. You must be able tocommunicate with other departments and extended hotel team in order to ensurethe alignment remains.
• The NightManager will act as an ambassador of the hotel with guests, suppliers andcolleagues
