The Dorchester in London is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead and inspire our luxury outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and commercial success. You will oversee service standards, staff development and operational readiness across all F&B venues.

What you'll do

As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests.

• You will be recognised as an operational leader, coach, mentor and ambassador of excellence.

• You will provide guidance, direction and support across all Food & Beverage outlets while ensuring our teams consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences and commercial success.

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the division, actively engaging with guests and colleagues while identifying opportunities to enhance the operation.

• Act as the key operational link between outlet leadership teams and the wider hotel operation.

• Ensure all Food & Beverage venues are fully prepared for service and operating with the highest levels of readiness at all times.

• Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Bar Managers, In Room Dining, Events and Kitchen teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences across every touchpoint.

• Champion a guest-centric culture where personalisation, recognition and emotional connection are embedded into every interaction.

• Build meaningful relationships with guests and proactively address feedback, ensuring concerns are resolved with professionalism, urgency and care.

• Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies without compromising quality or guest experience.

• Previous experience at a luxury 5-star hotel as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role.
