Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is hiring a Night Manager for INNSiDE by Melia Manchester. You will oversee night operations, ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth departmental running, including conducting night walk-arounds and addressing issues with Front of House leadership.

Experience as a supervisor or team leader is preferred; Opera PMS experience is a plus. The role entails cash reconciliations and proactive problem solving during night hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, at a minimum as supervisor or team leader.
• Opera PMS experience is desirable but not essential
• Proactive problem solver
• Complaint resolution skills
• Basic numeric skills, as you will be responsible for cash and card reconciliations

Responsibilities

• Complete night audit with accuracy
• Proactively identify and manage noise issues to prevent complaints
• Maintain cleanliness and guest experience during night hours
• Complete duty management shifts
• Ensure health, safety, and security of the hotel during night hours
• Resolve complaints to a high satisfaction level
• Train and develop the reception team
