THG Ingenuity Ltd. seeks a dedicated Night Manager for King Street Townhouse Hotel in Manchester City Centre. You will oversee night operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and lead front desk activities during the night shift from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, five days a week.

Ideal candidates bring experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, a proactive, energetic attitude, and a passion for delivering high standards. The role involves coordinating with other departments and handling night audits.

Formación

• Experience in a 5-star luxury hotel as a Night Manager, Reception Supervisor, or Hotel Concierge.
• Proactive, physically active, and able to work at a fast pace.
• Enthusiastic and positive, promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to high standards.
• Flexible with shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the King Street Townhouse brand.

Responsabilidades

• Manage night shift processes and front desk operations
• Train and guide front desk team members
• Address guest inquiries and provide concierge services
• Conduct administrative tasks, including night audits
• Act as the manager on duty in the absence of senior management
• Welcome guests, manage bookings, and allocate rooms
• Handle phone inquiries, take messages, and respond to requests
• Ensure prompt payments and prepare room bills
• Liaise closely with other departments
