Job summary

INNSiDE by Melia Manchester is seeking a Night Manager to ensure smooth operations during night hours, safeguarding guest satisfaction and security. You will conduct night audits and oversee front-of-house activities to uphold service quality.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, cash handling, and strong problem-solving skills. Opera PMS is a plus. Competitive benefits and industry growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, at a minimum as supervisor or team leader.
• Opera PMS experience is desirable but not essential.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Complaint resolution skills.
• Basic numeric skills, as you will be responsible for cash and card reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the night audit is completed with accuracy.
• Proactively identify and manage noise issues to prevent complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and guest experience during night hours of duty.
• Complete duty management shifts.
• Ensure the health, safety, and security of the hotel during night hours.
• Resolve complaints to a high satisfaction level.
• Train and develop the reception team.
