Park Plaza Park Royal Hotel is seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee Night and Front Office operations, ensuring service excellence beyond guest expectations. You will lead the Night team, maintain health and safety standards, and be hands-on in team development.

Ideal candidates will have prior Night Manager experience in hotels, be proficient with Microsoft Office and Opera, and commit to a 4-on/4-off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm.

Qualifications

• Previous Night Manager experience in a hotel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.

Responsibilities

• Performs Head of Department duties for all Night and Front Office operations.
• Ensures guests' needs are met beyond expectation and takes responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire.
• Leads the Night team by example, motivating, training and inspiring Front of House staff.
• Available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, on a 12-hour shift (8:00–20:00).

We Are Looking For a Night Manager Who

• Performs Head of Department duties connected to all Night and Front Office operations, and making crucial decisions
• Ensures guests’ needs are met beyond expectation, and takes full responsibility for Health, Safety, Security, Licensing & Fire
• Plays a hands‑on role leading the Night team by example and taking opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Front of House team members
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent knowledge of Opera
• Be available to work 4 days on, 4 days off, on a 12-hour shift basis (from 8am to 8pm)
