Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations in Marylebone. You will ensure guests receive prompt, professional service and coordinate with departments to maintain seamless night-time service.

The role requires prior front office experience in a premium hotel, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage late check-ins, audits, and safety procedures. A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction is essential.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in night operations preferred.

Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Manager role

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.
• Oversee night audits to ensure accuraterecording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g. housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
• Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.

About you

Previous experience in hotel front officemanagementwithin the premier segment is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities skills are required.
