Job summary

Park Hyatt London River Thames is seeking a seasoned Night Duty Manager to oversee overnight operations at our luxury riverside hotel. You will ensure guests receive prompt, professional service and handle late check-ins and requests.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and engineering, supervise night audits, and uphold health and safety standards to maintain seamless nightly experiences for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service throughout the night.
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with any guest requests.
• Oversee night audits to ensure accurate recording of daily transactions and prepare reports.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, engineering) to ensure seamless night operations. Act as the primary point of contact during nighttime operations.
• Oversee health and safety as well as security operations at the hotel during the night, conducting regular patrols and inspections.
