Job summary

Motel One Germany BetriebsGmbH in London is seeking a Night Manager to oversee hotel night operations, ensuring guest and staff well-being, and coordinating with the Department Manager.

You will manage night shifts, handle closing balances, look after bar and lounge guests, and prepare the breakfast setup for the first guests. Proficiency with Opera Cloud and strong English are essential, plus a collaborative, service-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Have experience with Opera Cloud.
• Ideally two years of professional Night Auditor experience in hotel/catering or related sectors.
• Excellent sense of quality and service, hosting skills, and passion for the hotel industry.
• Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English.
• Be a team player and willing to assist across departments.

Responsibilities

Duties

• Responsibility for the seamless operation of the hotel during the night shift
• Preparing daily closing balances and securing daily takings
• Looking after guests in our bar and lounge
• Preparing breakfast setup ready for our first guests of the day
