Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times … at all times - from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:

• Preparing daily closing balances
• Deliver great customer service
• Cash transactions and cashing up
• Processing booking requests
• Night Audit
• Preparing for breakfast
• Building security checks
• Assisting with bar service

Qualifications

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be open, communicative and confident and have a solid command of English
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together
