Job summary

Motel One Germany BetriebsGmbH is seeking a Night Audit to warmly welcome guests at check-in and support early risers and night owls throughout the night. You will ensure smooth front desk operations, assist with bookings, and help prepare for breakfast.

Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship in hotel trade or related experience, strong service sense, and fluent English. This role requires teamwork across departments and a proactive hosting approach.

Qualifications

• Have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel trade and/or have professional experience in the hotel/catering industry or be looking for a change of career
• Have an excellent sense of quality and service, as well as hosting skills and a passion for the hotel industry
• Be open, communicative and confident and have a solid command of English
• Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments - we achieve our results together

Looking after our guests in a professional manner at the front desk is extremely important at all times - from a warm welcome at check-in until their departure, your job will be to assist our early risers and night owls. Your duties will also include the following:

• Preparing daily closing balances
• Deliver great customer service
• Cash transactions and cashing up
• Processing booking requests
• Night Audit
• Preparing for breakfast
• Building security checks
• Assisting with bar service
