Qualifications

• Must complete NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
• At least 6 months of experience as a Senior/Team Leader.
• Comprehensive understanding of safeguarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to provide personalized care.
• Ensure that care meets and exceeds resident's expectations.
• Attend safeguarding training and support staff in growth.
